W🤩W 💫 I AM IN AWE! Today I completed this incredible training with Tereza Dos Santos and I truly couldn’t have imagined that a complete newbie like me could by the end of this program script a 10-minute sound journey and actually take an audience through it and DO IT using crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, kalimba, rain stick, chimes and my newfound favorite - a gong!
Using a combination of theory to explain the foundations of Sound Healing and the science behind it, combined with the connection to spiritual practices and consciousness expansion - Tereza took us on a magic carpet ride here that was both informative and enjoyable and exceeded my expectations (which being my Virgo self is very hard to do!)
